Since time immemoriate, this symbolic food is on every table. You can discover it through our 500m² (~ 5,400 square feet) exhibition.

School group visits
We welcome classes from Tuesday to Friday. The discovery of bread history centres on the museum’s visit with a questionnaire or a guide, on activities “main à la pâte” (literally “hands on batter”) and a tasting of the various breads.

The museum’s visit is available for groups of 10 or more people. It can be a free or a guided visit. It lasts about one hour and is followed by a tasting of our products.
Catering and meeting room rentals are available, upon reservation, in our remarkable room “Zunft” (1522).
